finds Linden Hills setting enticing presented a well-done article this week on Whose Hand? which is set in the southwest Minneapolis neighborhood, Linden Hills.
I met with the article's author in the Linden Hills Dunn Bros. coffee house, where I wrote much of the book while sucking down too much coffee. When I arrived reporter Ashle Briggs Horton was sitting in the sun outside the Dunn Bros working on her laptop. She doesn't have an office. Where ever she happens to land is her workplace.
We talked for about 45 minutes, with her recording the conversation on her iPhone. When I pulled out of the parking lot to leave she was back in the sun working on the piece. Skeeter, or maybe her husband Michael may have to take a job with in some future book. Looked like a pretty good gig to me.
